No known flaws, looks like new, size small petite from INC International Concepts. Super flattering empire waist with sexy plunge neckline, soft and stretchy material, elastic waistline, gorgeous pattern very subtly accented with rhinestones on the front lower skirt, 3/4 sleeves. Bow at waistline is purely decorative, not a drawstring.
