tuzibun @abbyblair606 it’s both! Worn with both pieces together, it’s warm enough and waterproof for winter. Taken apart, you can wear the waterproof shell or quilted jacket separately for spring/fall.

tuzibun @evae1izabeth it does have a hood; hidden inside a zip pocket at the moment. I do not believe it is dry clean only. I had another one that I definitely washed in the machine. I only air dried the outside but tumble droed the quilted inner jacket.
