corishine @devan I'm not sure what number to put on it but my cousin in the pic is a size 5/6 and wears a large top usually cuz she's so busty and this shirt is a med and it fits her well. So from a med stand point it def doesn't run small and is true to size. Hope this helps lmk if u have anymore questions.
