jeff1e @lareichert thank you😊 I appreciate the warm thoughts🤗 The tag says Large but its a bit snug in the hip area (if you dont have a larger than average bumm, you shouldn't have an issue) So its either a larger Medium or a smaller Large( if that makes sense) the width is 20.5", the length is 27" in front & 28" in back

jeff1e @sassyfashion090 I wouldn't see why not, its thick enough, but the only thing is, its not insulated so you would need to wear something warm underneath
