Like new- sparkly mini dress

I wore this dress ONCE on my 21st birthday in Vegas. I don’t go out much, so I have nothing to wear it to. As you can see, the ties lace up the back, which is super cute. The dress is double lined, I didn’t need a bra, and it’s SO stretchy!
