Like new strapless maxi dress

Lucky Brand, tie waist with tassels. Looks like a “wrap” style but it is not, hem is slightly higher in front. Top is approx 17” across without pulling on elastic. Front has a piece with rubber to help it stay up. Tried to show in photos. I don’t remember ever wearing this dress, but it does not have tags. Fabric is lightweight, seems to be cotton but does not say. Very cute, perfect for a beach vacation!
