IMPORTANT - Submit any song requests that you would like to hear during the show performed live...piano, flute or voice. Genres include: Classical Classic Broadway songs Hits of the late 1960's - early 80s (female artist...Linda Ronstadt, Olivia Newton John, Karen Carpenter, Carol King, Dione Warwick, Gloria Gaynor, Whitney Houston, Diana Ross, etc.) Favorite Hymns or sacred solos Songs from childhood Oldies If you submit an item early that has a song title or band on it, you may hear that tune also when it comes up for auction:) This was my vision when I changed my username to Vocalvibes, but navigating the live shows is challenging enough without sharing music live, BUT, my sweet friend Bethy is going to help keep the tray going during the process as a co-host.

Wicked revived my interest in Broadway so here are some songs I loved growing up and would be over the moon if you sang one (or an excerpt of one): Edelweiss from Sound of Music (or really any song from it but this one makes me especially nostalgic and I know that musical has a special place in your heart!), Think of Me from Phantom of the Opera, I Dreamed a Dream from Les Misérables, or The Impossible Dream (The Quest), Man of La Mancha 💞

Thank you so much for the invite - I’m sure this will be the start of an amazing run of musical lives for you and I definitely will brush the dust off my flute soon and try to make an appearance in the future - lots of emotions there as it was my first love and still my passion but it’s definitely difficult to make a living in music and why I support music educators like yourself so much!

vocalvibes I’m cutting off requests for tonight. We might take a few impromptu ones a cappella. For next time, think out of the box, songs with color in the title..yellow Submarien, Blue Moon, black Velvet, Over the rainbow (multi color)…heart items -Songs with in the title, etc. for singing, the genres in description are best, but everybody has something. Disney songs for Disney items.

I'm so proud of you for conquering you anxiety and sharing your amazing talents with all of us - you inspire me to work through my own emotions and take out my flute again! inthistogether @vocalvibes You've inspired me to do an international musical pop quiz and game tonight and if you don't mind, I'd love to include your show as one of the special tasks to unlock prizes for show participants! I was thinking of having one of the tasks be for at least 5 people to like your flyer and send you song requests for your next show (of course I'll encourage everyone in the show to do so but I'll set the goal for 5 to unlock a giveaway!)

And if you want me to run it during the posh party LIVE, if you change your listing category to either dresses or skirts I can add it to my tray (you can change it back afterwards!) Otherwise, I can run it around 7:25pm EST right before @sunnietrish joins as a co-host for the LIVE Afterparty!!! If you want you can even pop on any time between 7-7:30pm or between 8:30-10pm EST and share your musical listings and invite everyone to your next show!💞
