Toggles at neck cinch up the hood to tightly snug around your face. Also toggles at the waist inside for snug waistline fit, if desired. All polyester outer and inner, washable. Quilted accents. One sleeve has sewn in d-ring for attaching gloves. We haven’t had snow in years here and I just don’t wear it. Comes down over rump, 29” from neck to hem. 23” pit to pit. Plenty of room.
