@elysanassar hi there - 13 inch across smallest part of waist, 15 inch across bust.
I’m not sure if that’s helpful
I’m 5”9, 128 lbs 34 A. The cups have quite a bit of room - I’m talking 2 cup size probably and the waist is not snug since it sits under the rib cage with fit and flare style. The dress is quite baggy on me which is why I’m reposting

@danii_brooke hi! I would say it runs a little big, especially for the Likely Brand which usually runs smaller. I’m closer to a 00-0 than a 0-2 and I’d say it’s more 0-2 range!
