Lovely flowing dress, lined, back neck button closure, ruffle at waste. Cute on, flattering material. Gathered front bodice. Can easily be worn as a tunic over tights or jeans. In like nee condition. Material does not wrinkle, good for travel. Measures: Top of shoulder to hem 33” Bust 20”
