Like-new Anthropologie Floral Ruffle Midi Dress with open/tie back

Gorgeous dress in like new condition. It fits me perfectly except for the bust and I haven’t been able to part with it because it is the cutest and most flattering ankle- full length petite dress in existence to date. Best fits bust size A-smaller C cup. I’m a full D and it does not work. It is so stunning.
