I love this dress bc it’s chic, elegant, light and frilly all at once. I especially love the Ruffle front and the gorgeous Emerald Hue. Pictured closed all the way up to the neck, but the front has 10 mini buttons hidden inside the ruffle, so you can wear open or closed. There’s some puff to the sleeves, which also close up with a button.
