I thought the 15 1/4” sounded too small. I slipped it on and then remeasured it a little over 16”. I think it was just how it dried. It doesn’t run small as it wasn’t tight on me and I normally wear a M-L and Sorry for any confusion!

@atomjack I wear a 38 B also and it fits nicely around the bust on me . It does stretch. It’s hard when you can’t try things on. Let me know if I can give you anymore information.
