A sweet lilac branch from my garden is what inspired this unique treasure. I set a 3 mm cz in the ring. This is sterling silver ring in a size 6.5. athena111 @aselvi I would live to, I just need to see what size the pearl is, it will help me determine a setting style. Pearls are tricky, is the pearl flat backed or round, or drilled?

aselvi @athena111 flat backed. It isn't perfectly round. In fact, it is kind of an odd shaped pearl but it was given to me for good luck and I figured that this would be a good way to keep it with me.

athena111 @aselvi I am so sorry that I didn't get back to you sooner, The pearl would need a Different kind of setting, I think that the best way would be to build prongs in the organic style of the ring. It would cost more to do it with the pearl. I've been thinking about it and I consulted a past jewelry teacher of mine about it. I think it would be really beautiful. The stone that I set in this ring is a round stone, I use a round burr to create the hole and st fairly easy to set. It's a different process, but we can do it.;-)
