Lillie Rubin Vintage 1980s Rare Two-Piece Top/Skirt Checked Sequin Black/Ivory This amazing vintage Lillie Rubin party dress is from the 1980's and has a 100% cotton, black and ivory checked top and skirt that is covered with clear and pale ivory sequins. Top features beautiful decorative brass and crystal buttons with snap closures on the inside of the top. Gold trim makes adorns the seams. The pencil style skirt has a clip closure with zipper. Gold trim along the bottom.
