Fully lined. Measurements: From armpit to armpit: approximately 15 inches Waistline: approximately 14 inches. From armpit to hem: approximately 14 inches. No major flaws like hole, rips or stains noted. The only flaw I was able to find is a faint stain on the inside of the lining in the back near zipper as pictured.
