Size 8 Fitted shift dress with multi soutache around notched neckline. Enjoy an extra 1" of hem flexibility with this style. Wear as-is or let it out for some exrra length. 34" From top of shoulder to hem (based on a size small/4). Length: Above the knee. Jumbo Pique (100% Cotton). Hand wash cold, separately. Imported. marycateinva @debleapet The dress is in excellent used condition. I measured from the top of the shoulder (not the collar) and got 33". I uploaded a picture with the measuring tape as well!
