Beautiful, and in excellent condition, these shorts are a bright, playful zebra print with blues and pinks. Size 0. To me, they felt like a 2. Use your judgement best on the measures I took. They aren’t exact, but I got approximately 15.5 across, which would make it a 31? To me, that’s not a zero. Vanity sizing? They were fine, just would have fit better as a size 2.
