meljanek I was 110 last June & now weigh 140~ ugh. I have a 6 without ruffle & most of my Lilly ranged from 00 to 6. I was going to alter. (Size 6 was way too big last Summer. Would you be able to measure the waist flat, side to side if convenient? Thanks so much! Working hard to get the weight off again.
