May I pls have the waist and rise (crotch seam to top of waist) and inseam from crotch seam to hem? I'm quessing the inseam might to 26" or 27"? (capri or ankle pant?) Are these cotton with stretch? Thx!

Ok, I am 5' 5". What is the waist across, the rise (crotch to top of waist band) which is so important. Many thx. So they are cotton with some spandex...?
