A pre loved Lilly Pulitzer for Target romper with hip pockets , v neck with tie , elastic waist and a button in the back. Inseam is roughly 3 inches , 33.5” from back of neck to hem, 12.5” across waist however it does expand because it has elastic , 8.5@ arm opening. In good condition for pre owned . Belt in pic NOT included.
