Lilly Pulitzer lined chiffon dress, gathered at the waist, blousy sleeves and dress top with full skirt. Back is shaped in vee neck with tie. Beautiful floral fabric. Size 16 however it should fit a 14 as well. There is quite a lot of give in the fabric and style. Dress is 100% polyester and the lining is 100% viscose. 21” underarm.
