This is so amazingly, cozy and warm! This Lilly Pulitzer puffer vest has a velvet outside feel to it. Beautiful gold zipper and snaps and other embellishments just make this so fun and classy. A little bit of sparkly around the hem of the best. Beautiful Lilly P pattern of blue and black inside the vest. Measurements are approximate. Length from back at next is 22 inches. The neck from top to him is 3 inches. So, making the length in the back approximately 25 inches. Arm hole 8 inches.
