Lilly Pulitzer Langley Silk/Cotton strapless Dress size 4

Reposhing this item I purchased from @diveswithpugs. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Beautiful dress but it runs small in my opinion. I usually wear a small or 2-4 in Lilly, but couldn’t fit this Lilly Pulitzer Langley strapless dress in a print called Shorely Blue, Tossing the Line. Blue and white ribbon at higher waist, with beaded flowers sewn on. Hits above the knee.blue and white stripes with peonies adding a touch of Lilly green and pink. Tiered ruffle lining gives the dress a bit of bounce and body. Shell:55% silk, 45% cotton, lining 100% acetate. Corset:100% polyester. Hand wash cold, do not dry clean. Dress appears in excellent condition. No pulls, stains or discoloration I can find.
