Elastic waist is 29” unstretched. Armpit to armpit is 17”. Lightweight, soft and comfortable Jersey fabric of mostly rayon with spandex. Pretty bold colored floral orchid print in hot pink, Kelly green, light pink, white and some lilac. Worn a few times, washed delicate and air dried. 🩷💚🩷
