0724tort I saw another listing of this same dress online, (not yours) and it looked like the dress was textured, like what I think they call dobby...is this correct ? Also, can you say what the hips measurement is please ?

0724tort As I look at this site and the photos, while enlarged, maybe actually it was on this site.. Also, can you please say what the material is described as ? I had asked if it was dobby, but if not, need to find out what it is made of...I made the mistake of ordering a dress, mila, online, and not asking, and it was partly p[olyester, which I was not happy with...thanks

0724tort Yes, it is a Mila, but that was not the question.. Dobby is just a kind of fabric..so it can still be a mila that is made of dobby. Can you say what the tag says in terms of the fabric, like the breakdown. For example, 98% cotton, and 2% spandex. Also asked for the measurement of the hips..thanks
