I have some questions: Are you the orig. owner ? It says NWOT - so if you are the orig, owner, was this never worn ? Also, can you please provide measurements for Bust Waist Hips and Length ?

I would appreciate it if you could measure a certain way, which I learned from another co., so to get the waist measurement, come down from the shoulder 16 in. & to get the hip measurement, come down 22 in from the shoulder..if you would be willing...thank you

I forgot to mention: not off of a chart..I do not trust them...Lilly has many styles, and I can wear a xs, s, m, 6 or 8 -- as they really vary in fit...So could you could please measure the actual dress that you have, coming 16 in. down from the shoulder for the Waist..and 22 in. down for the hips, as well as measuring the bust and the length (from the highest point) ? - I would appreciate it...thanks
