Lilly Pulitzer State of Mind strapless dress - 0

I bought this on Ebay in 2015 and never wore it! I don't think it was worn before I got it, but I can't be sure. There is a rubber strip running along the top to help it stay up. The dress is fully lined and the bodice has an additional lining with boning - it is very well made. I L O V E this dress but it is way too small for me - time to let it go. From a smoke-free home with a cat :)
