Lilly Pulitzer Strapless Ahoy There! Dress EUC

Pink stretchy fabric top with a cottony white skirt with navy and pink anchord...and hidden pockets on each side! This is an awesome dress, but better for someone with a shorter torso. Sold to me as NWOT and I wore once, washed on delicate, and air dried.
