Lilly Pulitzer Vela Stretch Shift Dress Size 2

GUC Vela stretch shift dress in Bali Blue size 2. Bought at a consignment store and hoped it would fit but just couldn’t make it work. It looks like the back seams have been taken out a bit so this might float between a 2 and 4 for sizing. A couple untreated stains on the back (see photo) but are more dramatic in the photo because of the flash. This dress is absolutely stunning; the detailing, texture, lining. Any questions please ask!
