This is a beautiful, Lilly Pulitzer Wynne top. This top is 100% cotton and has a ruffle neck line with a split ruffle sleeve. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. It is a fitted top but very soft and lightweight. It measures: 23.5 inches long, 15 inches underarm to underarm. No flaws. Excellent condition.
