Lilly Pulitzer adjusted floral dress

Print’s name is Côte d’Azur. -This dress original design is strapless with a tie on the back. The dressmaker added straps to it so I can wear it with a regular bra. Therefore, I bought another secondhand dress to use its fabric for the straps. White label is rare. Made of cotton. Fully lined.
