Lilly Pulitzer cold shoulder top - GUC

This top is listed as good condition, but only because I bought it off the boards. There are no flaws on this top and the colors are still extremely vibrant and bright. This cold shoulder top has a ruffle that goes all the way around it. It lays kind of in a blouse style, so very roomy. Armpit to armpit is 15 inches but stretches to 24 inches. The waist is 21 inches and very roomy. The bottom across ranges from 14 inches and stretches to 24 inches. Because it is a relaxed style. It’s very forgiving.
