ctcandy @avacaruso The condition of this dress is really good. No defects other than the small safety pin mark that is not even visible from outside. Many wouldn't even notice if I didn't mention, but I wanted to be as descriptive as possible so I stated it in the listing. This is a very beautiful dress and hard to find and I feel it's worth more than your offer. Sorry!

ctcandy @jordan762 Hi! Sorry for delay. I wasn’t able to get to the item to measure until today. Waist is about 15 1/2” bust is about 18”. This dress is sooo pretty! 😍 Wish it fit me, then I would have kept it for myself.
