msrogo @jwcox1202 So you think it definitely can get to 19” comfortably? I am a 38C so a lot of dresses that might fit me great everywhere below the chest and in the arms, but then are much too snug across my chest. So the key for me usually is to find dresses with stretch. Otherwise if they are big enough for my chest, they often aww too big everywhere else.
