Lilly Pulitzer dress with a high-low hem, sequin detail

Fun dress with a sequin detail at the chest/shoulder area. I did have the dress taken in a bit at the back/shoulder area to make it a little tighter up top. The waistband is elastic. Navy blue color with green lining inside the dress.
