I think it's True To Size; my dress form is a 4-6/Small J. Crew /Anthropologie. Very good used condition. No stains or holes, but there is a small pull in the fabric on the bottom right front. See photo 6. Lilly Pulitzer for Target sea urchin halter top. A blue, green, and aqua sea urchin print on a white background. Pleat at center front yoke. Halter is made of braided white and gold yarn. Fully lined. Keyhole back with gold colored button closure. Lingerie straps for drying. 100% polyester. Measurements (flat & approximate): bust 17", length from top of strap to hem 23", waist 24". Machine wash. No trades, please!
