aslaughterbeck @rtibbs it is called the Tiki Wrap romper. I do not have the measurements. It has a 5in inseam. I am a true medium and it fit everywhere perfectly except it was a little snug in the waist.

aslaughterbeck @caelynpie it was a little snug on me and I am typically a 6/8, so I think it would be fine for a size 4. You can pull the middle tighter and the top has a snap.
