New without tags. Brand new never worn but I took the tags off and hung it up thinking I was wearing it to an event and never ended up using it. It has since been sitting in my closet and I think it’s so darling but I have never worn it so figure it’s time to let it go. Non-smoking clean home. I am an XS / 25 / 0 / 32b typically and this 00 fit me just an FYI.
