michellesalon @msrogo hello, they are 97% cotton 3% spandex, there is a zipper in the side, more of a slimming short. waist is 16 across and length 41/2 inch drop😊

msrogo @michellesalon thanks so much. Lilly sizing is so crazy!! Who else would have a size 4 item with a 16”+ waist?? Too big for me - though normally I’m generally about a size 6! At least I finally learned to ask for measurements!! Thank you very much!
