This dress is in good condition. There are no stains, rips, or discoloring, the elastic is still great. I just can’t pull off the color. Strapless dresses are a challenge for me. I’m thinking of getting a mannequin or something, the dress looks better than my pictures! Lay flat measurements: Width at top-16 1/2” Length-56”
