Lily, 3x red tunic/mini dress

Lily, 3x but fits small, tunic/mini dress with shawl type neckline and 3/4 length sleeves. Has black and white stripes and an orange/red color, would look cute with leggings. There is a small pick spot on the back of one arm, shown in last 2 pictures and really not noticeable, but want buyer to be aware. 25 in. armpit to armpit 34 in. shoulder to hem
