the picture of this bag from above shows the metal ring on the upper center of the bag to convert it to a backpack, but you say it doesn't convert? The Rosie on the Lily Rose website does. So, does this one? Thanks!

Is the longer shoulder strap missing? I believe that is what is used to convert to a backpack.
