@jhoelsher hey! I will have these for you tonight. Keep in mind that it is a cowl neck, so if you’re close on the measurements, it will work because of the extra fabric at the front!

@jhoelsher hey! It’s 23”. Keep the cowl neck in mind, like I mentioned above. And if you needed to, washing on delicate and drying would 1000% shrink this a bit. It’s gorgeous! It just doesn’t fit me anymore… wahh!!
