Lily Pulitzer Percilla Tunic Dress -Sand Bar in a size ladies small. This is a beautiful flowy dress with embroidery and tassels. There is a tiny spot on the front of the dress, it is not noticeable on but wanted to point it out and I had made a small stitch to one of the tassels as it acted as if it wanted to start unraveling, because of this I am selling this at a cheaper price.
