Lily Pulitzer mini dress / swim cover up

Vintage Lily Pulitzer white mini dress with racer back straps, shelf bra and open back cut out. Dress is white with turquoise/light blue fish, crab, starfish and seashell design. Turquoise palm tree logo on left top. Material is stretchy but hugs curves in all the right places. This dress was worn once and is in great condition.
