chippiesue @dcarter963 I never wore it .I bought on Here and they r too small for me. Length is approx 18” . I’m am 5’8 and fine on me. Really cute I wish they fit. I have 3 of them all the same size. Make a offer

chippiesue @dcarter963 I looked it up. Waist 28 hip 38 . I think the Lilly P brand runs small so if your a small 8 or can wear 6 they will probably fit. Hope this helps ...
