Lily Pulitzer sleeveless wrap maxi dress

The dress is a size medium, but I normally wear a small and it still works for me. The wrap makes it adjustable. I am 5‘4“, and I have to wear heels to make it work, so it’s a little long. But it does work with heels. Would also work for tall girls.
