Lily White Label Turquoise and White Leaves Blouse

Sheer with Turquoise leaf pattern. Ruffles at opening of 3/4 sleeves. Button at chest. Bow at waist. I can not remember where I got this. Someone may have given it to me. Listing as Anthropologie because it has that look and it's certainly possible. However, not sure. Please correct me if I'm wrong!
