Lily White striped pencil skirt

Blue & white striped pencil-style skirt with blue plastic buttons down the front and pockets on either side. Wide contrasting stripes waist band & darts on the back help create great shape. Cotton/ spandex blend. See pics for measurements. Hits me just above the knee (I'm 5'6").
